Kingmakers system requirements
Steam lists almost nothing yet: a 64-bit processor and operating system, and Windows 10. The one full set of numbers is on the Kingmakers Epic Games Store page, which marks them as subject to change. The developers have said they will fix the requirements closer to release.

Minimum and recommended, as listed on Epic
Values are copied as the store writes them, including “8Gb” for 8 GB. The Epic page gives no AMD equivalents and no resolution or frame-rate target for either tier. Under the list it adds:

What Steam shows

Plus Windows 10. No processor, memory, graphics or storage lines yet. The two store pages are compared in full on Kingmakers on Steam and Epic.
Will an AMD card or an RTX 3060 run it?
A player asked the game director about an AMD RX 6600. His answer is the nearest thing to an AMD data point on record:
“Kingmakers can certainly run on the equivalent of a Nvidia 3060, which is about what that is.”
That sits between the Epic minimum (RTX 2060) and recommended (RTX 3070) cards, which is consistent with the list above. It does not say at what settings.
Why the numbers will probably move
“We will be locking down the system requirements closer to the release date.”
The studio also delayed the game partly for performance: its stated goal is a true 60 frames per second on mid-range PCs without what it calls fake frames, explained on why Kingmakers was delayed. The final tiers may differ from the list above; neither store nor the director has said whether they will rise or fall. The 80 GB storage figure sits under the same subject-to-change note.
Handhelds and older PCs
There is no official number below the minimum tier. The director’s description of the approach is the closest thing to one:
“I don’t remember our lowest spec right now, but I have seen people run kingmakers on potatoes with all the graphics set to the lowest.”
“So our philosophy is to just go incredibly hard on optimization and try to allow the game to gracefully degrade as low as is possible.”
Stutter, frame rate and what the studio says about stability are on Kingmakers performance. For the Steam Deck, the director has spoken separately; see Kingmakers on Steam Deck.
