About Kingmakers Game Wiki

An unofficial reference for Kingmakers, the medieval shooter and strategy game from Redemption Road, published by tinyBuild. It is not affiliated with either company, and it is not about Pathfinder: Kingmaker or the Kingmakers novels.

Why it exists

Kingmakers has been announced for a long time and released not at all, so the questions people have are about status: whether it is coming, when, on what, and how to get in early. The answers are spread across store pages, formal announcements, an old FAQ and dozens of forum replies, and some of them contradict each other. This site puts them in one place with the words they come from.

The rules it follows

  • Anything in quotation marks is word for word from its source, and links to it.
  • Plans are quoted, not upgraded. A target is not reported as a release, and silence is not reported as a cancellation.
  • When sources disagree, both are shown, and the page says which is more recent.
  • Screenshot captions describe only what is visible in the frame.
  • Nothing here is leaked, datamined or guessed from footage.

When things change

A status changes on this site when the studio or publisher changes it: a date, a store listing, an invite wave. The latest official posts are on the announcement timeline, and every source is listed on sources.

Trademarks and images

Kingmakers, its logo, screenshots and trailers belong to their owners. Screenshots on this site come from the official Steam store page, and videos are embedded from the publisher’s YouTube channel.
